Refund and Cancellation Policy

Domain names (Domain), cPanel, DirectAdmin, Plesk, LiteSpeed, SSL, Dedicated IP, Design, Promotional Services, Server and Server Support Services (Dedicated – VPS – VDS) are non-refundable. Only our Hosting and Reseller Hosting services are covered by a 3-day money-back guarantee.

Refunds for requests that comply with Cadde Creative Internet Services’ refund conditions will be processed within a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 30 days. Since SSL certificates, IP addresses, all licenses, and domain name registrations are automatically processed by Datacenter, ResellerClub, and ICANN, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

To cancel the services you have purchased, you must log into your Customer Panel and select the Cancel Package option under the My Services tab. No new invoice will be generated for your account for the following month.

For payments made by credit card and PayPal, the setup is performed automatically, and your service details are instantly sent to you via e-mail by the system. For payments made via bank transfer/EFT, once you submit a Payment Notification through your Customer Panel, your service setup will be completed within 72 hours at the latest.
